Thinking it over?

Why update a site that “still works”?

If your current site pulls in a call now and then, here’s what a fresh one actually changes.

First impressions

A fresh site earns trust in seconds

People size you up in one glance. A dated site makes them wonder if you’re still in business — or if you cut corners on the job, too. A clean, current one says you’re active, professional, and busy for a reason.

Get found

Show up on Google — and in AI answers

More and more customers search “roofer near me” or straight-up ask an AI who to hire. A modern, well-structured site is something both can read and recommend. An outdated one is close to invisible to them.

On the phone

Works where your customers actually look

Most people find a contractor on their phone, standing in the driveway looking at the problem. Old sites shrink into broken, tiny text there — and Google ranks them lower for it.

More calls

Turns lookers into phone calls

A current site puts your number and a “get a quote” button right up front — one tap to call. Old sites bury the number three clicks deep, and people give up and call the next name on the list.

Selected work

A few sites, doing their job.

Live builds and clearly-labeled concept designs. Every one loads fast, works on a phone, and puts the phone number where thumbs can reach it.

Pricing

Plain numbers, no surprises.

Every new build includes your first 3 months of care. Everything is a flat price, agreed before I start. Half up front, half when it goes live.

  • Most popular

    Custom site

    $500

A brand-new site built from scratch. Up to 5 pages, your photos and words, a contact form, local-search setup — and your first 3 months of care included.

  • Redesign

    Fresh coat

    $300

Keep what works, fix the look. A front-end refresh of your existing site — same content, modern build, works on phones.

  • Keep it current

    Care plan

    $20/mo

Included free for your first 3 months, then $20/mo if you want to keep it. Small edits anytime — hours, prices, photos. Cancel whenever.

  • Bigger jobs

    Larger changes

    $60/hr

New pages or bigger updates outside the care plan. Quoted up front, so you always know the total before I start.

How it works

Four steps, about a week.

Simple on purpose. You stay on the job — I only need about an hour of your time, total.

  1. 01

    Talk

A quick call. I learn your trade, your area, and what a good week of calls looks like for you.

  2. 02

    Design

I send a working mockup — a real page, not a sketch. You react, we adjust. Two rounds of changes included.

  3. 03

    Build

I build it fast, mobile-first, wired for local search. You send photos and a few lines about the work; I handle the rest.

  4. 04

    Launch

It goes live on your own domain, registered in your name. I hand you the keys and stick around if you want me to.

Two revision rounds are included in every build — and the site and domain are yours, in your name, from day one. If we part ways, everything keeps working and goes with you.
